DUCTBOARD
Ductboard is manufactured from a high quality, Glasswool board faced on the external
surface with a reinforced aluminium foil vapour barrier. The air stream surface
is faced with a black non-woven glass tissue.

along a duct.

APPLICATIONS
|
|
May be used in commercial, industrial or residential air handling installations
for cooling, heating, dual temperature or ventilation. Ductboard is suitable for
operating temperatures up to 120C with a maximum air velocity of 10m/s.

DURABILITY
|
- Odourless, inert and fully compatible with all standard building materials &
components
- Will not promote corrosion with steel, copper or aluminium
- Will not sustain vermin
- Will not breed or promote fungi, mould or bacteria
- Non-hygroscopic - Rot proof
- Dust settlement will not hamper the products performance

TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION

Specialised cutting tools. Refer to manufacturer for detail.

HANDLING & STORAGE
|
|
Store product undercover, and in dry conditions. Store flat. Handle with care, especially
on the edges and corners, which can be damaged if subject to sharp or heavy impact.
Do not apply excessive pressure, for example by standing or sitting on the product,
as permanent damage may be caused.

ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION
|
|
Install 25 mm thick rigid lightweight "Ductboard" strictly in accordance with manufacturer's
detail & specification.
|
